Community Funding Specialists Ltd now launch their new Organisation & Club Development Programme

After a number of successful organisation development plans and programmes, Community Funding Specialists Ltd are now launching their new service on assisting clubs and organisations to create a more sustainable environment for themselves to thrive in.

A newly developed organisation needed assistance in identifying their next steps after successfully delivering their first project. They had the ideas and vision where they wanted to be, however needed assistance on how to get there.

By identifying their current capacity, Community Funding Specialists Ltd were able to identify the correct steps to take to enable a higher chance of success on their path. By scaling back the original plan and creating various targets and short to medium term goals, this organisation were able to start piecing together their path themselves. By narrowing their focus on shorter term goals immediately, they were able to produce a more sustainable organisation and have now reinstated their longer term goal of launching nationally.

Currently this organisation are hitting their short term goals (which were increase current membership level by 50%, increase income by 200%, launch 3 new participation improving projects) and are able to hit their medium term goals. With their focus realigned to a more realistic target, the organisation can now begin to set new short term goals to help further establish themselves. They have now stated that they can afford to branch out into other avenues which they didn’t believe was first possible.

Our current clients include a charity who focus on delivering sporting and educational provisions to inner city children and young adults. We are currently identifying suitable premises for them to occupy as well as obtaining the funding for them to achieve their goals. As part of this, a full business plan including financial outputs, sustainability plans and future direction guidance is being created.
